How to file a DMCA notice

What happens next
After we receive a complete DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the material. We may also contact the person who posted the content and provide them with your notice.
Counter notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice. A counter notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or where Foodie Wo is based) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Repeat infringers
Foodie Wo may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers when appropriate.
