Method
- Season. Pat steak dry, toss with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear. Cook in hot oiled skillet for 2 minutes per side until golden.
- Butter. Add butter and garlic, toss for 1 minute.
- Finish. Add thyme, toss, and remove from heat.
- Serve. Plate and spoon remaining garlic butter over top.
