Ingredients
Method
- Blend. Add oats, banana, egg, milk, baking powder, vanilla, honey, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour. Pour the batter into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press them in slightly.
- Bake. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and set. The center should be slightly soft but not liquid.
- Serve. Let cool for 2 minutes, then top with extra chocolate chips, a drizzle of peanut butter, or fresh berries.
Notes
Use a ripe banana with brown spots for natural sweetness and better texture. You can prep the batter the night before and refrigerate. Just bake in the morning. Mini chocolate chips distribute better than regular size throughout the batter.
