Method
- **Soften oats.** Add oats and milk to the blender. Blend 30 seconds to soften.
- **Add rest.** Add frozen banana, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and salt.
- **Blend.** Blend 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- **Check.** Add more milk if too thick.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass.
- **Top.** Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and a banana slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use rolled oats, not instant or steel cut. Blend oats first with milk for 30 seconds to soften them. Frozen banana for milkshake texture.
