Method
- Sauce. Whisk sauce ingredients together, refrigerate.
- Brown. Cook beef 6 to 8 minutes, season with spices.
- Build. Layer lettuce, beef, pickles, cheese, onion in bowls.
- Drizzle. Top with special sauce and sesame seeds.
- Serve. Toss and eat while beef is warm.
Notes
- Use 80/20 beef for best flavor.
- Double the sauce, you'll want extra.
- Assemble fresh, don't pre-dress the lettuce.
