Big Mac Salad Bowl

All the Big Mac flavors in a hearty, low-carb salad bowl with homemade special sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • - 1 cup diced pickles
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • - 1/4 cup mayo 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish (sauce)

Method
 

  1. Sauce. Whisk sauce ingredients together, refrigerate.
  2. Brown. Cook beef 6 to 8 minutes, season with spices.
  3. Build. Layer lettuce, beef, pickles, cheese, onion in bowls.
  4. Drizzle. Top with special sauce and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve. Toss and eat while beef is warm.

Notes

- Use 80/20 beef for best flavor.
- Double the sauce, you'll want extra.
- Assemble fresh, don't pre-dress the lettuce.
