- **Liquid.** Pour milk into the blender.

- **Walnuts.** Add walnuts. Blend 30 seconds to pulverize.
- **Main.** Add cooked carrots and frozen banana.
- **Blend.** Blend 45 seconds until silky.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Swirl softened cream cheese on top. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
Notes
Cook the carrots first. Raw stays gritty. Warm spices make it taste like cake, not carrot juice. Walnuts are essential for the carrot cake flavor.
