Method
- Steam. Cook cauliflower until tender, squeeze out all water.
- Mix. Chop fine, combine with cheese, panko, egg, and spices.
- Shape. Roll into small cylinder shapes, place on baking sheet.
- Bake. 400F for 15 min, flip, 10 min more until golden.
- Dip. Serve with ketchup or ranch.
