Method
- **Liquid first.** Pour milk into the blender.
- **Protein.** Add protein powder, yogurt, cocoa, and vanilla. Blend 30 seconds to dissolve.
- **Base.** Add frozen banana and peanut butter. Blend 30 seconds.
- **Ice.** Add ice cubes. Blend 20 seconds until silky.
- **Check.** Add more milk if too thick.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Drizzle peanut butter on top. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen banana for thick milkshake texture. Natural peanut butter only. Reduced fat or sugar added throws off the flavor. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking.
