- Whisk Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Let rest 1 minute to thicken.
- Slice strawberries.
- In a clear glass layer chocolate yogurt, strawberries, granola. Repeat.
- Top with whipped coconut cream, extra strawberries, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and mint.
- Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
Notes
Whisk vigorously to dissolve cocoa and protein powder. Let the mixture rest 1 minute to thicken. Add granola right before serving for crunch.
