- **Add liquid.** Pour coconut water into the blender.
- **Base.** Add banana, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend 20 seconds.
- **Spinach.** Add baby spinach. Blend 30 seconds until liquefied.
- **Pineapple.** Add frozen pineapple. Blend 30 seconds until creamy.
- **Taste.** Add honey if needed. Blend 5 seconds.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass with a paper straw. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use baby spinach for silky texture. Mature spinach leaves fibers. Add the spinach last so it blends with liquid above, not below frozen fruit. Store for up to 24 hours in the fridge. The color browns slightly.
