- **Heat.** Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- **Mix.** In a large bowl whisk cream cheese, sour cream, ranch packet, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
- **Combine.** Stir in chicken, half the bacon, 1 cup cheddar, and 2 tbsp scallions.
- **Bake.** Spread into the dish. Top with remaining cheddar and bacon. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly.
- **Broil.** Switch to broil for 2 minutes until cheese is golden and bacon crisps.
- **Serve.** Top with remaining scallions. Let rest 5 minutes before scooping.
Notes
Use full fat cream cheese and sour cream for the silkiest sauce. Cook bacon ahead and keep extra in the freezer for quick keto meals. Shred chicken while warm for fluffier strands.
