Method
- **Brown.** Cook ground beef in olive oil 5 to 6 minutes. Drain fat.
- **Sauté.** Add onion 3 to 4 minutes, then garlic 30 seconds.
- **Simmer.** Add tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Bring to a boil then simmer.
- **Cook.** Add broken lasagna noodles, cook 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
- **Serve.** Top each bowl with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
