Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant based
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios for garnish

Method
 

  1. **Load.** Add frozen mango, Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, cardamom, and honey to a high powered blender.
  2. **Blend.** Blend 30 to 45 seconds on high until silky and frothy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. **Adjust.** Taste and add a splash more milk for a thinner lassi or another scoop of yogurt for a thicker one.
  4. **Pour.** Pour into a tall glass. Top with crushed pistachios and a tiny pinch of extra cardamom for color.
  5. **Serve.** Drink immediately for the best frothy texture.

Notes

Use frozen mango chunks for a thick spoonable texture without ice. Whole milk Greek yogurt gives the creamiest lassi. Nonfat works but the texture is thinner. Toast cardamom 30 seconds in a dry pan to bloom the oils for deeper flavor.
