- **Liquid first.** Pour coconut milk and orange juice into the blender.
- **Lime.** Add lime juice and honey if using.
- **Fruit.** Add frozen mango and pineapple.
- **Blend.** Blend 60 seconds until silky and thick.
- **Check.** Add more coconut milk if too thick.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with toasted coconut or a lime wedge.
Notes
Use full fat coconut milk from a can for the silkiest texture. Lime juice is essential. Do not skip it. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
