Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk shake well
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple optional

Method
 

  1. **Liquid first.** Pour coconut milk and orange juice into the blender.
  2. **Lime.** Add lime juice and honey if using.
  3. **Fruit.** Add frozen mango and pineapple.
  4. **Blend.** Blend 60 seconds until silky and thick.
  5. **Check.** Add more coconut milk if too thick.
  6. **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with toasted coconut or a lime wedge.

Notes

Use full fat coconut milk from a can for the silkiest texture. Lime juice is essential. Do not skip it. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
