Method
- **Whisk matcha.** In a small bowl whisk matcha and hot water until smooth and clump free.
- **Liquid.** Pour milk and matcha paste into the blender.
- **Dairy.** Add yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend 20 seconds.
- **Spinach.** Add baby spinach. Blend 30 seconds.
- **Banana.** Add frozen banana. Blend 30 seconds until silky.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Dust with matcha. Serve immediately.
Notes
Culinary grade matcha works great. Save ceremonial for traditional tea. Spinach amplifies color without flavor. Frozen banana is essential.
