Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp culinary matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water for whisking matcha
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach packed
  • 1 cup milk oat or almond
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. **Whisk matcha.** In a small bowl whisk matcha and hot water until smooth and clump free.
  2. **Liquid.** Pour milk and matcha paste into the blender.
  3. **Dairy.** Add yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend 20 seconds.
  4. **Spinach.** Add baby spinach. Blend 30 seconds.
  5. **Banana.** Add frozen banana. Blend 30 seconds until silky.
  6. **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Dust with matcha. Serve immediately.

Notes

Culinary grade matcha works great. Save ceremonial for traditional tea. Spinach amplifies color without flavor. Frozen banana is essential.
