One Pan Marry Me Shrimp

Seared shrimp in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb large shrimp
  • - 2 tbsp butter
  • - 4 cloves garlic
  • - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • - 1/2 cup parmesan
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - Fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Sear. Cook shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side, set aside.
  2. Build. Sauté garlic and tomatoes in butter.
  3. Simmer. Add cream, broth, parmesan. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Combine. Return shrimp, toss 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve. Top with basil, serve over pasta or rice.

Notes

- Pat shrimp dry for best sear.
- Don't overcook shrimp past a C curl.
- Fresh parmesan makes a big difference.
