Method
- Sear. Cook shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side, set aside.
- Build. Sauté garlic and tomatoes in butter.
- Simmer. Add cream, broth, parmesan. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Combine. Return shrimp, toss 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve. Top with basil, serve over pasta or rice.

- Pat shrimp dry for best sear.
- Don't overcook shrimp past a C curl.
