- Blend. Spinach, banana, milk, egg, butter, vanilla until smooth green.
- Mix. Whisk dry ingredients, pour in green mixture, stir until just combined.
- Cook. 1/4 cup batter per pancake, medium heat, 2-3 min per side.
- Flip. Cook until golden on both sides.
- Stack. Top with banana, berries, and maple syrup.
