Method
- **Marinate.** Toss tuna with soy, sesame oil, vinegar, sriracha. Rest 10 min.
- **Prep.** Slice and dice all toppings.
- **Rice.** Divide seasoned sushi rice among bowls.
- **Assemble.** Arrange tuna and toppings, drizzle remaining marinade, add sesame and nori.
