Ingredients
  

  • 1 large fresh banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk whole, oat, or almond
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 handful ice cubes optional for extra thick

Method
 

  1. **Add liquid.** Pour milk and yogurt into the blender first for easier blending.
  2. **Banana.** Add fresh banana, vanilla, and honey if using.
  3. **Blend.** Blend 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. **Berries.** Add frozen strawberries and ice. Blend 30 more seconds until silky.
  5. **Check.** Add more milk if too thick or more berries if too thin.
  6. **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use one fresh banana and frozen strawberries for the best texture. Add a pitted date or drizzle of honey if you want it sweeter. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking.
