Method
- **Add liquid.** Pour milk and yogurt into the blender first for easier blending.
- **Banana.** Add fresh banana, vanilla, and honey if using.
- **Blend.** Blend 30 seconds until smooth.
- **Berries.** Add frozen strawberries and ice. Blend 30 more seconds until silky.
- **Check.** Add more milk if too thick or more berries if too thin.
- **Serve.** Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use one fresh banana and frozen strawberries for the best texture. Add a pitted date or drizzle of honey if you want it sweeter. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking.
