Method
- Blend. Puree strawberries until smooth.
- Mix. Beat cream cheese, add yogurt, honey, vanilla until creamy.
- Layer. Alternate cheesecake and strawberry in molds, swirl gently.
- Top. Add graham cracker crumbs, insert sticks.
- Freeze. At least 4 hours until solid.
Notes
Soften cream cheese fully to avoid lumps.
Run molds under warm water 10 seconds to release.
