Method
- **Liquid.** Pour milk into the blender.
- **Dairy.** Add yogurt, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla. Blend 30 seconds.
- **Berries.** Add frozen strawberries. Blend 45 seconds until silky pink.
- **Crumbs.** Add 2 tbsp graham crumbs. Pulse 5 times to distribute.
- **Pour.** Pour into a tall glass.
- **Top.** Sprinkle extra graham crumbs and a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use block cream cheese, softened. Graham cracker crumbs plus topping is essential. A squeeze of lemon makes it taste authentically cheesecake.
