Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup milk whole or oat
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs plus more for topping
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. **Liquid.** Pour milk into the blender.
  2. **Dairy.** Add yogurt, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla. Blend 30 seconds.
  3. **Berries.** Add frozen strawberries. Blend 45 seconds until silky pink.
  4. **Crumbs.** Add 2 tbsp graham crumbs. Pulse 5 times to distribute.
  5. **Pour.** Pour into a tall glass.
  6. **Top.** Sprinkle extra graham crumbs and a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use block cream cheese, softened. Graham cracker crumbs plus topping is essential. A squeeze of lemon makes it taste authentically cheesecake.
